These terms govern your booking and stay at The Lookout Goa Hotel. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by them.
Last updated: July 2026Your contract is with The Lookout Goa Hotel ("we", "us", "our"), located at Dando, Curtorim, Salcete, Goa – 403709. These terms, together with the booking confirmation you receive upon successful payment, form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "guest") and The Lookout Goa Hotel.
Bookings must be made in advance via thelookoutgoa.com or directly with our team. Full or partial payment (as indicated at checkout) must be made at the time of booking, using the payment options shown during the booking process.
A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and a booking confirmation has been issued. You must produce this confirmation at check-in, along with a valid original photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, driving licence, or other government-issued ID).
The guest named on the booking confirmation must be the person checking in; we reserve the right to decline check-in otherwise. Please double-check your stay dates, guest details, and room selection when booking — we are not responsible for errors in the details you provide. All bookings are subject to room availability.
Rates shown on our website are charged on a per-room, per-night basis unless stated otherwise, and are subject to applicable taxes at the time of booking. Rates are correct at the time of publication and may change without prior notice.
Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out (11:00 AM–6:00 PM) is subject to availability and may be charged at 50% of the room rate; check-outs after 6:00 PM will be charged a full night's rate.
If you expect to arrive after 10:00 PM, please notify us in advance so we can arrange your check-in. We cannot guarantee check-in after this time without prior notice.
Cancelled 16 days or more before check-in: 75% refund (a 25% cancellation fee applies).
Cancelled 15 days or fewer before check-in: non-refundable — no refund will be issued.
No-shows are treated as non-refundable. Where a refund applies, it is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation.
A confirmed booking may be modified (dates or add-on services) once, subject to availability. If the modified booking costs more, the difference must be paid before the change is confirmed. If it costs less, the difference is refunded to your original payment method (or arranged manually for offline bookings).
We're happy to welcome families. Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times during their stay, both financially and otherwise, in and around the property.
You are liable for any damage caused to your room or to hotel property by you or anyone in your party during your stay. We reserve the right to charge the payment method on file to recover reasonable costs for such damage, and to pursue further legal action where necessary.
Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of any visitors they host, and are liable for any damage caused by them. All visitors must check in at the front desk before entering guest areas.
To help maintain a safe and respectful environment, we do not accept local-ID bookings for day stays. Local guests are welcome only where a valid marriage certificate or equivalent proof is provided at check-in, along with valid government ID.
We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, riots, fire, or epidemic/pandemic conditions.
We accept no liability for loss, injury, illness, or expense arising from activities that guests choose to undertake at their own discretion.
Guests are responsible for their own belongings at all times. The Lookout Goa Hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items during your stay.
We reserve the right to update, amend, or vary these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of your booking will apply.
